MMD + Vulkan on Intel 12/13/14th gen CPU and Intel ARC ? I'm finally going to dismiss my really old PC and assembling myself a new one. It will be a kind of frankenstein hybrid, not only a "gaming pc" (whatever the f*ck it can mean) and not only a production/creation pc. I'm going for a 13600k + Arc A770 config, which should mean I'm going to get some troubles with older games and apps using DirectX 9, which are no more natively supported by Intel graphics (12th gen or above).
